| Hello, I wanted to tell you a little about myself. My name is John Witt and I have been married since 1994 to my wife Esther . I have two daughters, Kim and Tashia. We have five dogs, 4 of which came from this animal shelter, and 2 cats, they adopted us. We love our pets and consider them a part of the family. I started this website in the fall of 2004 as something to do. I placed family pictures on it in the beginning. I went to the animal shelter in December 2004 to see about taking pictures of the dogs to place on this website. I talked to Bill Ward who was eager to give this a try. We've made some changes along the way, most of which you will never see. Over the years I have made many changes to this website and will probably make many more, I like to experiment with it. I apologise if that causes any concerns. I believe in spay and neutering pets because unlike humans who can use birth control or just say no, animals follow their instinct to breed and will. I do not believe that domesticated animals should be mass produced for profit with no concerns over the well being of the animal. While there may be some responsible breeders out there they are few and far between in my opinion. I will not put for sale ads or sell for any breeder. |
